For first-time buyers

For first-time buyers, please register "My Account" to receive free membership. You can start your purchase after completing the registration, and you may choose one of the following two methods to register:

  1. Log in with your Facebook/Google account.
  2. Create a new account with your personal email address.

Remarks: To enable buyers to view their purchase history and help sellers provide the best service to customers, you will need to register first before the purchase.

Terms and rules

Instructions on consumables order and shipping

Due to the pick-up weight and packaging size restrictions at convenience stores, the maximum quantity in a single order is 4 rolls of consumables. If you need more than 4 rolls of consumables, please order them separately.

For example, if you need 9 rolls, you need to place three orders, and one of the orders will still need $60 for shipping.

Home delivery

The home delivery fee is NT$90, and you get free shipping for an order of NT$2500 or more. Two payment methods are available: Cash on delivery (+NT$30) and fund transfer, which can be selected at checkout.

Cash on delivery at convenience stores

Buyers can make payments at convenience stores after their orders arrive.

Shipping time

After ColorMatrix receives your order on a working day and confirms that your information is correct, it will arrange the shipment within five working days (excluding regular weekends and national holidays).

Receive defective or wrong products

Please contact us via customer service phone (04)2252-1792 or customer service mailbox within 7 days after receiving the goods.
Customer service hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-19:00, and provide your order number, member account number, return product name, contact number and reason,
We will contact you as soon as possible and confirm.


All orders are shipped with electronic invoices. If you need an invoice with a business administration number, please provide the business title and the business administration number during the checkout procedures.

We are a participant in paperless action. Orders that do not require a business administration number will be given an electronic invoice. You will be able to use your account registered (usually your email) at our official website to check your invoices./span>

For those who wish to receive a "Handwritten 3-part/2-part invoice", we will put in the "3D printing consumables/1 batch/Total amount" information. Please let us know if you want to make any changes. If you want to make changes and do not notify us in advance, you will be responsible for all the postage for the replacement invoices.

About color fringing

Our photos are all shot with real products. We try to reduce the color fringing with actual light. However, there may be differences depending on the screen brand, color brightness, and perception. If you still have doubts about the product or have rigorous requirements of the color and materials, it is recommended that you place your order after communicating with us. We will try our best to make your purchase experience enjoyable.
